Depression (in my opinion) is an illness that creeps up on you over a long period of time and then wham it's hit you so hard that you don't know what's happening to you or why and you just don't want to think about it anyway, you just want to be left alone to dwell on what future you think you've got left.
****** WELL IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE LIKE THAT ******
Please, Please talk to someone about your feelings and thoughts it will and must help.
You will not be a burden to them because the more you tell them the more they will understand the problems you've got and together you can get the help you need.
It's not your fault you feel the way you feel, don't try to sort it out yourself because thinking too deeply about the situation you're in can drive it deeper into you and then before you know it you'll find yourself contemplating the final act (suicide). You *must* cry out to someone before it gets that much of a grip on you.
REMEMBER THIS-------there's always someone or something out there that needs your help "friend, family, cat, dog, mouse, bird, ant" whatever, you're alive and that's 1,000,000 places up from being dead.
If you need to talk to someone who's been there then e-mail me at d.pott@btinternet.com.
yours, Douglas
