If you have been victimised - IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT
If someone says your mad because you get angry with them for victimising you, and they point to your mental condition, they are trying to wriggle out of their responsibility to you. If someone labels you something long enough, you will believe it, but it may not be true. Ask yourself, why do they want to keep your self-esteem down, whats in it for them. Try to turn your depression into useful anger. Find your own goals, really small to start, like being on your own for a week without that person. Then build it up til you have demonstrated, just how much you can acheive, despite the name calling, the low expectations and the nice convenient (for everyone else, that is) label you've got.
