Advice

My battle is far from over but I've found that writing down my thoughts, fears and feelings in any written form, be it poetry, lyrics, stories, words or phrases really helps. I keep them all in a couple of note books and read back over them from time to time to remind myself of how far I have come.
My writing has also improved and now consider it one of my talents, when before I thought I was good at nothing. It was hard at first but now my pen can flow without too much effort because I am so tuned into my own feelings.

Keep surviving, I wish you all my love xxx
