Hi there , This is my very 1st time that I have on this website . I have suffered from depression since I was 16 years old . I am 36 years old now . My mum also suffers from depression as well . The last year I have been off my pills . Don't get me wrong , This year without the pills has not been a bed of roses for me . I have had my fair share of problems but I did get thru them by trying to keep busy and staying really positive which has helped me alot . I was tempted to go back on the pills so many times but I didn't . I stayed positve . This is my advice for all of you . I never want to go back on the pills ever again . Just try and stay positive . It's hard but it's worth it . I feel normal again . I don't believe in the pills any more . I have prove to myself that I can do it without them . May god be with all of you . love sue
