Advice

Advice for weekends; Get up in the morning, have a cup of coffee and just start pottering around. It doesn't have to be focussed and you can flit from one little task to another as you discover them. Don't take on big project (building a shed, writing a fifteen page letter, etc) when you are in "pottering" mode. Before you know it, you will have probably got a few little things done and feel happy with yourself for having achieved something. Remember to stop and eat if and when you feel hungry and have a rest if you feel tired. You can always come back to the little unfinished task when you feel like it later.
