Yep I found Zisprin to be very good. Taking it about 6monnths now. Have to admit there are times that I still feel very tired. I try to take the medication before 19:00 in the evenings, that way the hangover effect ant as bad in the morning. The negative thoughts are not as frequent and at least the sleep is good and the grinding of teeth is no more. Days are now different. I was so use to my mind wanting to race the whole time and could not make sense of instructions, and decisions to be made seem impossible in work. The background noise of people talking was like a big drum in my head. That is no more. Zisprin has I would say slowed me down and there is a balance between been active and just doing nothing. My mind does want to run I can feel it trying but then you can see how this medication works its like someone just turns the ignition off unknown to you. I relax and don't feel as bad about things, myself and thoughts are more positive then it is only then that I do see the effect of this medication.
I am still very active but not trying to do it all at once, everything is done in sequence.
This medication is working for me but I do think it is a two way process you have to want to work with it. Maybe I am wrong. Hope it last.
