I haven't really got any advice as such as I am still in the midst of battling my first ever bout of clinical depression, which started in January. However I have started a meditation class and it has given me a routine and I always sleep really well after. I have also found writing it all down helps, but also to try and pretend it isn't happening. Not denial, but carrying on. Get ready, see friends. It's hard and I am hating this experience but we have to remember that nothing lasts forever - I tell myself daily that this will pass, and I truly believe it will.

Good luck all xxxxxx
