Dont ignore the depression, but likewise dont let it rule your life. As long as you are stronger than the depression you can beat it. Rememeber that its a long term process. Its not going to go over night, and just because you feel good one day and bad the next day it dosnt mean you are loosing the fight.

Also remember that when you come out of this depression you will be a stronger person that before you went into it.

x

Matt
