I have only just found this website in the last 10 days or so . It has been quite eye opening to see how many people there are that suffer from depression . I have only been able to scan read some of the many suggestions on offer , but I fully intend to dip back into the many useful ideas .
My first piece of advce to others would be to try to get hold of any of the books by Tom Butler - Bowdon . I find that they lift my sense of dispair . What his books do ( 50 Psychology Classics - for example ) is to give you a brief resume of what the fifty books of the title are about . If any of the book descriptions interest you then by all means go out and get them and read them more fully . Its a wonderful way of not spending either the money or the time in something that you find is not for you .
I hope that this advice is of use ,
Regards
