hi there, im 16 I have a 20 year old boyfriend who is suffering from moderate to servre depression,
the best advise I could give to anyone willing to help another suffering is love, love the person no matter what, they do not mean to be this way, its not thier fault this is happeneing, its is easier said than done I know, but trust me its worth every single second of whats happening,
also try not to worry yourself, you may find you are 'catching' the depression, but keep your head above the water, they need loved ones to be happy for them to learn wahst its like to be happy again, its all about support and time, I promise you with this things they will get better.
