Advice

Out of all the advice given to me and have tried to do, exercise is one of the hardest to maintain on a regular basis.

And so, I second Advice 15:

"Perhaps we need a country-wide set of self-help groups which team up and go to the gym together? I would be up for this as it would make it much easier to have someone in the same boat to go with."

It's just not the same when I exercise with people who don't relate to the gloom I feel. I'd usually feel like I can't be open and relaxed with them as much as if I were to be with people who are in similar shoes as mine.
