Write inspirational quotes on sticky notes and stick them onto your bedroom wall, especially where you can read them easily and very often.
Strategic locations are like the light switch, the mirror, wherever you'll definitely see when you wake up from sleep.

One of the best quotes I have was given to me by a Tibetan Buddhist monk. He made me memorize this, telling me to say it out loud whenever I feel down:
If there is a remedy,
what's the use of frustration?
If there is no remedy,
what's the use of frustration?
In other words, if you CAN change it, why feel shitty about it? If there's nothing you can do about it, why bother feeling bad about it?
Easy to say, hard to do; but it does help put things into a beneficial perspective. Hang in there!
