I'm 18 and female and for me Depression comes at night time. I advise if this is the same for you, I go to my room put some music on that I can relax to, and write down all my thoughts and feelings. Write whatever you want, draw!!! The next day if you feel comfortable talk over what you wrote with a counsellor, friend, teacher! It makes me feel better!
Good luck - you can be what you want to be, don't let it get to you. You are worth it and it won't last for ever.
