hey,
um........ I know how hard it is to read advice from strangers and for that fact I know how hard it is to take it because somtimes they dont understand.
i have been in counselling for four years for depression and just recently stopped self mutulation.
you just need to be patient, strong and understand your problem before you can change it.
it takes alot of time but with the right help, and thats the first step finding help, anyone can change their ways.
