Advice

I've been living with depression for the past 10 years.
this is what helps:
1. Ask those around you to alleviate some of your responsibilities. This helps with being overwhelmed.
2. Get out of the house and do something, anything.
3. Spend as much time as possible in natural light,
preferably sunlight.
4. Do anything that brings a smile to your face.
i.e., spending time with animals works for me. Spending time with a young child. Teenagers are too stressful.
5. Read, listen to music.
6. Pray, this too will pass.
