Case Study comment

Thank you Holly. After a year of blackness I am very slowly starting to feel changes too. I'm not better, but I think I am on the road to getting the me I used to be back - I feel like I am out of a hole and now I am brushing myself off for the next stage. Life is starting to feel like I am in it again. I also know that it's up and down. I appreciate your message and am sure it will give some hope as I remember how hopeless you felt at the time.
Nothing lasts forever guys
love and light
Lorna xxxx
