Hi,
I just read your post. I'm 26 and have recently admitted that I have some kind of depression. I understand the pressures of our generation and one way I have learnt to cope is by having a creative outlet. This could be sport or cooking or dance etc but for me it's playing, music. There must be something that you used to enjoy or still enjoy doing. Something that you can do that defines you other than your job. Try and remember that and take it up again in a small private way maybe. I know this hard on the hollow days, it's almost impossible but I have a feeling that you must be creative. Most of us are, especially people like us who feel so acutely and we have this one solace of expression to release the overflow.
Good luck and remember, you're not alone.
Nathan
