Hey, its alright. I'm sure there are people out there who care about you and would be very distressed to see you hurt. Depression is awful, being a sufferer myself I can understand how you're feeling. But you have to work on turning those negative thoughts into positive ones.. sometimes we don't know how much people care about us until its too late and we've hurt them too. Talk to your GP about counselling- I was reluctant myself but I found it extremely beneficial to be able to talk to a biased person. Good luck and lots of love. There are people who care about you :)

Hey Ryan,

I have been screaming at life for the last 10 years. Unfortunately, it never answers back. And then, you feel like an idiot for making a big deal out of something stupid. And then, you feel angry with yourself for thinking your are stupid. And it goes on forever. U know I once didn't come out of my room (Its ensuite) for months. I decided I didn't want to live by life rules anymore. Life could go live by itself. So I just didn't come out of my room anymore. Failed 4 courses at University. My transcript says, Fail-DidNotPartcipate. And guess what, the next semester, I did it again. Of course after you do this, the uni sends you to a psychologist. I got sent to one. I had been to one before, Hadn't helped. But I think this time it did, I have failed again, yes. But I think I have started to smile, really smile, again. Its tentative, but I don't think I am going back to hell again.

I guess what I am saying is, I learnt to smile, when I couldn't even figure out why I was still alive.

We do get better, Ryan. It just takes a long, long time. Trust me, once you get through, life will seem worth living again.

hi,
that's what I wanted as well. I wanted my life to end. I wanted the worl to stop. I wanted to wipe the stupid smiles off everyones faces.

But I don't anymore. It does get better. Believe that, and keep going to counselling, psychiatry, self help group, just don't give up on yourself. It does get better
