Case Studies

I experienced a bad drug experience while in a mild depression, and it escalated into post traumatic stress disorder and more severe depression. I had panic attacks, and always concentrated on the negative things. I would invent many terrifying irrational fears. Also, my world seemed so different and terrifying. It's like I was living the bad experience everyday, like I was in a new and terrifying world. The depression and anxiety had coloured my world, and they grew by feeding on themselves. It was misery at another level.
