I'm sitting here feeling so alone and thinking nobody will ever understand me. I wake in a morning feeling low and go to bed feeling the same. I have just recently moved from the north to the south to be with my partner and the stress I am feeling is ruining my relationship. I try to tell myself life will be ok one day and I will wake from this unhappiness which I have had from my teens . I now sit here 42 years old next week trying to believe it, sadly for me its not happening.I try to find self help groups but its difficult because I don't think there is much help out there. Had the therapy ,had the anti depressants and still feel like I live in a different world to the people around me. I know my boyfriend loves me but him not knowing how to treat me adds to my loneliness and sadness. I hope I don't come across has self pitying because I'm not I just want the people around me to stop thinking I'm just a miserable, awkward person who no longer knows how to laugh.I have wrote to this site today because I know I'm not alone in feeling this way with so many people outside my family suffering too. Stay safe all of u and one day may we all have some inner peace. x
