Case Studies

hi im lucy.. im 15 and taking my GCSEs this year. I havent been myself for nearly five months now.. im not sure that its depression but honestly I dont see what else it could be. it started when my cousin who was one of my best friends died, and since then ive been getting these phases more and more regularly where I feel so totally miserable it scares me. it feels like i'll never be happy again I just sit and cry for hours at a time. I have the best friends in the world but ive been feeling more and more isolated from them. I want to tell them whats wrong but im worried about their reaction. I cant talk to my parents because I dont want them to hate me and I know im already a disappointment to them. and anyway the only time we talk is when we row which is alot. I know the way im acting is disgraceful im making everyone so unhappy and its all my fault but for some reason when it happens I act like I dont care about them at all when I really do. does anyone have any advice for me please? thank you x
