Case Studies

I have been feeling like I am in the bottom of a pit so deep I can't conceive of how to climb out. I feel so guilty that I have support from friends and family and the love of my 2 small children - more than so many people, yet I can't cope. I feel like everyone has to come to my rescue- I am too weak to help myself. I am on anti depressants for the second time but stronger now. So much fear and anxiety but no tears, - just feeling that nothing will help. Can I start to believe it will end? Maybe I am staying here, keeping things on hold so it halts inevitable events occuring - my marriage ending, the hurt of my children. It's like I proving to myself that I won't be able to cope when that comes. How can I help myself and believe in myself?
