hello everyone, I wrote a case study 814..a couple months ago and just wanted to give a lil hope, I was in such a bad place bk then but recently slowly I have reappeared out of the blackness, I havent taken any antidepressants yet, and have a councilling session nxt wk, but just knowing I have taken some action for myself and not being so hard on myself I feel better, hopefully for a long time, but then I no depression does come and go... im just more grateful for the small things in life like my happy kids, friends, family, me!! I hope this makes sum1 feel a lil better, things always change..i hope hope hope every1 on here feels happy soon, I really do feel very sad and hurt at these case studys, sum ppl seem so alone and in pain, plz no I care.
