Case Studies

I have a friend who has been diagnosed by a doctor as suffering from mild depression. He is fed-up and overwhelmed by his work. He magnifies problems and he seems to see so many insurmountable hurdles to changing his situation. Can anyone give me some practial advice as to how best I can support him?

Kate
