I've been in this horrible place now six times in my life. I'm in it again now and am on antidepressants that have worked for me every time and am on them again. I've been on them five weeks now and feel I will never get over this but my gp tells me I will get better again. It's crazy that I can't see this as it's happened for me before but once you're in that place every sensible thought just leaves you and anxiety rules. Hang in there to all you sufferous, it's hard but we will get there. x
