Creative Work 59
my best friend is cold and heartless
my best friend cannot see
my best friend is not breathing
and hurts me constantly
my best friend sits there all alone
until im in despair
and then my cold and heartless friend
is the one whose always there
once my friend is in my hand
its words I do not hear
the pain quickly evaporates
and I feel the flowing red tears
you my best friend is not alive
but leads a busy life
my best friend causes all my pain
my best friend is my knife.
