Help us to help other people with depression

Hopefully this site will help you recover from depression, or at least make the symptoms less painful to endure. As you will have seen, you are not alone. Depression is common and it can be managed, with time and effort and help.

If this site has helped you or a loved one to cope with depression, we have a favour to ask in return. Not money, but awareness. We'd like you to tell other people about this site. Perhaps you could post messages in discussion forums, add a link from your own web site, or send e-mails to anyone you know who might be suffering. Any positive word-of-mouth marketing will help us to help more people.

If you can do this, please link to www.belljar.co.uk and use text such as "Practical help and advice on coping with depression" when linking to this site. Many thanks for helping us to help other people.
