Self-help: Change your routine

Change your routine

Routine can be good or bad. If you have a routine of sitting in front of the television every night, change it by going out for a meal or to the gym. If you have no routine at all in your life, you may find that you're lacking a certain purpose. Try joining a club or class - whether at college or elsewhere - in a subject that you were interested in before you became depressed. If nothing else, you may find that you'll make new friends this way.
