Looking after a baby is an enormous responsibility, requiring extreme patience and resources. If you're struggling at all, talk to friends, family and your doctor, as there are always ways in which the burden can be reduced. Even something as simple as having someone look after your child while you go away for a few days' rest can make all the difference.
