Talk to people

Don't suppress your emotions, thoughts and feelings. Talk to your friends and to your doctor about them. Bottling things up won't help, and while the phrase 'a trouble shared is a worry halved' sounds pretty trite, the simple fact is that by talking about your problems, they can seem less terrible. And you may find that the person you talk to can help solve them.
